FIELD
HEXES
I got the idea for
these from a set of pictures found on eBay -- click here
to take you to the "Pictures from Friends" section found on its
own page. When I saw the "field hexes" that
Troy made, I said to my self, "Self! That's a great
idea!"

 |
A single-hex field. The "crop" is
GHQ's TMA-7 Dark Green Vegetation; the "bushes" surround
the field are small clumps of Woodland Scenic's FC134 Olive Green
Underbrush / Clump-foliage. |
|
 |
I left a small "gap" in the bushes along one
side of the field; this is the "access point" for the
farmer... |

Here is a two-hex field. The "crop" is
GHQ's TMA-8 Winter Wheat Vegetation; once again, the
"bushes" surrounding the field are small clumps of
Woodland Scenic's FC134 Olive Green Underbrush. |

 |
I left several "gaps" in the bushes on this
field. No particular reason... just like the way it looks!
(Maybe it's where the farmer gets into and out of the field...) |
